What this site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

This policy covers buyinverrado.com, a Verrado community guide operated by Rebecca Medrano, a licensed Arizona real estate agent with eXp Realty. It is written in plain language so you can see exactly what happens to the information you share.
When you use a form on this site, you may share your name, email address, phone number, the area or home you are interested in, your timeline, your budget and any message you choose to write. The same goes for anything you tell me by phone, text or email.
There is also an optional box on the home search form that lets you ask John Medrano, a loan officer with Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C., to reach out about financing. If you leave it unchecked, your information is not shared with him. You are free to use any lender.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. My web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
I use it to answer your questions, send the Verrado guide you ask for, help you buy or sell a home if we work together, improve this site, and meet licensing and recordkeeping rules. I do not send marketing emails. If that ever changes, I will only email people who opt in, and every message will have an unsubscribe link.
When you submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by call, text or email about your request. Texts come from my personal phone, not an automated system. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of working with me or of any purchase.
I do not sell or rent your personal information. It goes only to the people and services needed to help you:
To show fonts, icons and the interactive map, this site loads files from Google Fonts, Cloudflare, Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. Those services can see basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads them. Each has its own privacy policy, and so do any outside sites that this site links to.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking this site. You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also tell me to stop contacting you. Call or text (602) 509-1099, email, or write to the address below.
I keep it as long as I need it to respond to you and provide services, and as long as Arizona licensing, brokerage or other laws require. I will delete anything I am not required to keep when you ask.
I use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email or text message is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial details through the forms on this site.
This site is for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
